Before Booking

Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. The deposit is included in your total balance. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash, Cash App, or Zelle. If the payment page does not display, please contact us directly.

Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if we cancel your appointment or if an error occurs on our end. If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment.

Absolutely, NO REFUNDS
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair, please address them before leaving the salon! Any concerns must be resolved within 24 hours of installation.

Cancellations
To reschedule an appointment, please use the email confirmation. To cancel, call us at (240) 583-9722 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Tardiness
If you are running late, please notify us via phone call or text message.
NB: Not on social media.

No Show Appointments
No-show appointments will incur a charge of the full service price and may prevent future bookings. Your hair must be 4 inches long, washed, and blown dry straight before service. No oils should be present in your hair. Styles cannot be altered on the day of your appointment.

KIDS HAIR STYLES: Only for clients aged 13 years and older.
